This free to attend crafty workshop is about exploring your creative side, we will be using natural materials to create pieces of art to adorn the Strontian Community Woodlands. Using biodegradable natural materials, such as twigs, leaves, wool and twine we will be able to create nature inspired mobiles and colourful decorations to welcome in the springtime with bright colours.

Refreshments will be free during the workshop.

The woodland decorations will adorn the Strontian Community Woodland, being positioned on Saturday 18th April. You are invited to join in with this if you choose.

You can join us on the ‘Walk in the Woods’ event on Tuesday 21st April where you can enjoy a guided walk and spot the decorations in situ (see www.darachcroft.com/green-exercise for more details).

The artwork will remain there for people to enjoy until they start to biodegrade.

We ask that children under 16 are accompanied by an adult.

Apr 8 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Zen Yoga Online Classes @ Mountain Yoga Kinlochleven | Kinlochleven | United Kingdom

Join us live online for a four week block of seasonal Zen Yoga classes for spring suitable for all abilities. Classes begin on Wednesday March 25th at 6.30pm. Each class will last one hour and you will need enough space at home to roll out a mat and bring a block/thick book or pillow. If you’ve never had an online meeting before you will be able to see and chat to me and the others in the class and I will be able to see you. We will have a bit of extra time at the start and end of class to say hello and catch up. Cats, dogs and children are welcome to join in with you, feel free to rock up in your PJ’s.

I am suggesting a £20 donation for the four week block as this is the first time I have taught online but if you are financially struggling please simply pay whatever you can.

If you would like to book a space please message me with your email address and I will send out details to you the day before the class starts. Payment is via bank transfer, Paypal or cash if you’re local (as long as you give it to me at arm’s length!). We will be using Zoom Video Conferencing and I will give you a link to a meeting there, if you’ve never used Zoom before its pretty straightforward as even I can use it!
